Original, hand-painted artworks made to order. Photos on the site illustrate the style and palette; small variations are normal.

Ordering
By placing an order you confirm your details are accurate and you are authorised to use the payment method. We may refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud).

Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Turnaround
Estimated painting/processing times are listed in the Shipping Policy; they are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll notify you of material delays.

Intellectual property
All images, designs and artworks are owned by BAY/the artist. Purchase does not grant reproduction rights. Do not copy or resell images without written permission.

Third-party brands
Our artworks are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any brand or manufacturer. We avoid using brand names or logos.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, subject to your rights under the ACL.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
