Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time
Paint-to-order: typically 5–10 business days to paint and cure before dispatch (larger sizes/commissions may take longer).

Carriers & tracking
Shipped with tracked delivery (e.g., Australia Post / courier). A tracking link is emailed at dispatch.

Packaging
Stretched canvases are wrapped with protective materials and boxed. We photograph each piece prior to shipping for quality control.

Shipping regions & costs
Displayed at checkout based on destination, size and weight. Any import duties/taxes outside Australia are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, contact the carrier and then email Bay.invest999@gmail.com. We’ll help investigate.
