Refund & Returns Policy

Made-to-order artwork
Each piece is painted to order. Because of this, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If the artwork has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please email Bay.invest999@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and artwork. Keep all packing materials. We will organise a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Colour/texture variation
Small differences in brushwork, tone and texture are part of the original hand-painted process and are not defects.

Return process (if authorised)

  1. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA.

  2. Pack the artwork securely in original (or equivalent) packaging.

  3. Return using a tracked service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the agreed remedy.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards; custom commissions approved by you (unless defective under the ACL).
